Terms Acceptance

The Company is subject to the regulatory oversight and licensing authority of the the relevant gaming authority. All activities conducted through the Site are governed by applicable legislation and the conditions attached to the aforementioned licence.

The User acknowledges that by entering into this Agreement, a formal and enforceable contractual relationship is established. No representations, warranties, or other terms, whether express or implied, that are not explicitly set forth herein shall form part of this Agreement unless agreed upon in writing by an authorised representative of the Company. The User further acknowledges that this Agreement supersedes any prior representations, negotiations, or understandings between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof.

The User undertakes not to engage in any form of fraudulent activity in connection with the use of the Site, including but not limited to identity fraud, payment fraud, or the submission of false or misleading information. The User further undertakes not to use the Site for any purpose that would constitute a violation of any applicable anti-money laundering legislation, data protection law, or gambling regulation.

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate a User's access to the Site in the event that the User is found to have violated any provision of this Agreement or any applicable law or regulation. Such action may be taken without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to the Company under applicable law or in equity.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Site complies with the laws applicable in their country of residence or access. Access to the Site may be restricted in certain jurisdictions, and it is the User's responsibility to ascertain whether access is lawful in their respective location. The User agrees not to take any action that would infringe upon, dilute, or otherwise impair the intellectual property rights of the Company or its licensors. In the event that the User becomes aware of any actual or suspected infringement of the Company's intellectual property rights, the User is encouraged to notify the Company promptly using the contact details provided in the "Get in Touch" section of this Agreement. The Company reserves all rights not expressly granted herein.

Disclaimer

The Site and all Content thereon are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any representation or warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, the Company expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.
